1. Eligibility

The Sports Illustrated Resorts Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (the “Territory”) who are 28 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees of Sports Resort Development, LLC d/b/a Sports Illustrated Resorts (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc. (“Administrator”), Travel + Leisure Co., prize providers, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”) and Ticketmaster, LLC (“Ticketmaster”), (collectively, the Administrator, and Sponsor, Live Nation and Ticketmaster are hereinafter, the “Released Parties”), and any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Sweepstakes Overview

The Sweepstakes consists of three (3) separate entry pools based on the specific prize(s) an entrant is submitting an entry for a chance to win, which include a Vanderbilt Entry Pool, an Alabama Entry Pool, and a National Entry Pool (each, an “Entry Pool”). The specific prizes to be awarded for each Entry Pool are listed in Official Rule #6. These full official rules can be found at gameon.sportsillustratedresorts.com/sweepstakes-2026/rules, through December 2, 2026.

3. Sweepstakes Periods

The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 3, 2026, and ends on December 2, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the entry via digital form as provided from one of the three entry methods referenced. Entrant will receive one (1) entry into a random drawing based on when the entry is submitted. There are three (3) ways to enter an Entry Pool:

a. (1) In Person Entry Method: To enter via this method of entry, eligible entrants can find a Sports Illustrated Resorts booth, table or kiosk (a “Sports Illustrated Resorts Promo Space”) at participating stadiums, arenas and events during the Sweepstakes Period. Once an eligible entrant is at a Sports Illustrated Resorts Promo Space, they can find, complete and submit an entry form offered at the Sports Illustrated Resorts Promo Space via a digital format provided by Sponsor to receive one (1) entry into the Entry Pool (based on the location where the Sports Illustrated Resorts Promo Space they are entering through is located) indicated on the entry form. Entries must be received by the 11:59:59 PM ET on the day prior to each Entry Pool random drawing, as set forth in Official Rule #3, to be entered into the applicable Entry Pool’s random drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issue or any other issues relating to Sponsors receipt of the entry, the availability or any technical issues associated with digital format provided by the Sponsor at the Sports Illustrated Resorts Promo Space, or any other issues associated with an entrant’s ability to submit an entry or Sponsor’s receipt of an entry.

b. (2) Website Entry Method: To enter via this method of entry, eligible entrants can visit the applicable Entry Pool Website listed in the Entry Pool & Prize Chart below to find, complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry into that Entry Pool’s random drawing. All Website entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on the day prior to the applicable Entry Pool’s random to be deemed an eligible entry.

c. (3) Online Alternate Method of Entry: To enter via this method of entry, without visiting a participating Sports Illustrated Resorts or Sports Illustrated resorts events and other participating locations as designated by Sponsor, visit

to find, complete and submit the online entry form to receive 1 (one) entry into the Grand Prize Entry Pool.

Limit two (2) entries per Entry Pool per person, regardless of the method of entry.

Upon entering the Vanderbilt or Alabama Entry Pool, the entrant will also simultaneously receive one (1) entry into the National Entry Pool. However, if an entrant submits an entry into the National prize pool, they will not automatically receive an entry into any other Entry Pool.

5. Random Drawings

The number of Winners (as indicated in Official Rule #6 below) per Random Drawing Date per Entry Pool will be selected from among all eligible entries received in the applicable Entry Pool up to the applicable Random Drawing Date. Potential Prize winners will be randomly selected by Administrator on or about the Random Drawing dates listed in Official Rule #3 per applicable Entry Pool. Odds of being a Prize winner depend on the number of eligible entries received in each Entry Pool’s up until each applicable Random Drawing Date. Non-winning entries from any random drawing for each Entry Pool WILL roll over to subsequent random drawings for that Entry Pool.

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARVs”)

National Entry Pool Prizes

One (1) Winner (drawn on or about 12/1/2026) will receive a College Football National Championship experience consisting of a $1,000 Ticketmaster® e-gift card (“Gift Card”) and a $1,500 Travel Credit Voucher. ARV: $2,500.00

Seven (7) Winners (one winner drawing on or about each of the following Random Drawing Dates: 9/9/26, 9/23/26, 10/7/26, 10/21/26, 11/4/26, 11/18/26, and 12/2/26) will each receive an Ultimate Tailgate Package consisting of a Smoker worth up to $2,000, Yeti Cooler worth $295 and a $150 Grocery Gift Card. ARV: $2,445 each.

One (1) Winner (drawn on or about 10/25/26) will receive an Away Game Experience consisting of a $1,000 Ticketmaster® e-gift card (“Gift Card”) and a $200 Travel Credit that can be used towards tickets and travel expenses for an away game. ARV: $1,200.00

The total ARV of all National Entry Pool Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $20,815.

Vanderbilt Entry Pool Prizes

The Vanderbilt Entry Pool contains the components of the National Entry Pool at the beginning of section 6, plus the following prize allotments:

Seven (7) Winners (drawn on or about 12/1/26) will win a Sponsor-specified signed Swag item from a Vanderbilt player. ARV: $100.00 each.

Twenty (20) Winners (drawn on or about 11/12/26) will each win the Vanderbilt Entry Pool Prize #1 consisting of two (2) tickets to a meet & greet with a Vanderbilt athlete at the Nashville Sports Illustrated Resort on a future date as determined solely by Sponsor in 2026. TRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THIS PRIZE. Tickets may not be bartered, sold or traded. Winner is solely responsible for all elements not specifically included as part of the prize, including any transportation and/or parking or accommodations to attend the event. ARV: $150.00 each.

The total ARV of all Vanderbilt Entry Pool Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $3,700.00.

Alabama Entry Pool Prizes

The Alabama Entry Pool contains the components of the National Entry Pool at the beginning of section 6, plus the following prize allotments:

One (1) Winner (drawn on or about 11/2/2026) will receive two (2) seats to Coach DeBoer’s Radio Show on 11/18/2026 and two (2) seats to the live broadcast featuring appearances by Head Coach Kalen DeBoer and select student-athletes, and an official autographed football to take home; Tickets are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions as accompanying or printed on the tickets. Seat locations are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Tickets may not be bartered, sold or traded. Winner is solely responsible for any and all elements not specifically included as part of the prize, including any transportation and/or parking or accommodations to attend the game. TRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THIS PRIZE. ARV: $1,500.00.

One (1) Winner (drawing on or about 10/2/2026) will receive two (2) seats to the Tide Talk Friday Luncheon on 10/23/2026, includes premium dining in a champion-caliber atmosphere, insider access with guest speakers from the Alabama football coaching staff and current players. TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING ARE NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THIS PRIZE. ARV: $2,500.00.

One (1) Winner (drawing on or about 12/1/2026) will receive signed Sponsor-specified Swag item from a Sponsor-specified Alabama Athlete, ARV: $5,000.00.

The total ARV of all Alabama Entry Pool Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $9,000.00.

The total ARV of all prizes in all Entry Pools is $33,515.

7. Prize Terms and Claiming the Prizes

PRIZE TERMS: Any difference between the stated ARV and actual ARV will not be awarded. All ticket prizes must be redeemed by the dates or by the deadline set forth on any ticket, or as otherwise agreed to by Sponsor, or if not date is specified, or that Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and go unawarded, but winner will still be responsible to pay any taxes associated with the Prize if they have accepted the Prize, regardless of whether or not the winner redeems the Prize. Prize elements may not be divided or separated. All other expenses (including, without limitation, transportation, parking, meals/beverages, telephone charges, optional excursions, spa treatments, souvenirs, gratuities and incidental charges, and all federal, state and local taxes (including applicable income taxes) incurred are the winner’s sole responsibility. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize, or any portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value. Winner must be at least 28 years of age or older and have valid identification to verify eligibility. Prize is subject to the policies, practices and procedures of the applicable venue where any ticket prize are to be redeemed. All ticket prizes are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions printed on or accompanying the tickets. In the event a game is postponed for any reason, Sponsor shall not be responsible for any rain checks or for the game tickets portion of the prize.

In order to receive a Prize, the potential winners will be required to verify their mailing address to Sponsor within 48 hours of being notified via email that they are a winner as described in Official Rule #4 above. Upon receipt of the winner verification response, Administrator will email the Prize winner an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (where legal), along with a W9 tax form, where required (collectively, the “Release Documents”), that each Prize winner is required to complete and submit to Administrator within five (5) business days of Administrator emailing the Release Documents to the potential winner. In the event a potential Prize winner fails to return the completed and signed Release Documents within the five (5) day timeframe, that winner forfeits their right to the Prize, and an alternate may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion as set forth in Official Rule #4 above, time permitting. Sponsor is not responsible for email that is not checked or delivered or goes into a SPAM folder, or for lost, late, delayed, misdirected, returned or any technical glitch associated with the emailing the notification, verification or Release Documents. Each potential winner will be notified by Administrator via email, sent to the email address associated with the potential winner’s entry, on or about the day they are selected as a potential winner. Each potential winner must respond to the winner notification message within 48 hours from Administrators sending the email to verify their entry information and eligibility. If any potential winner fails to respond to the initial winner notification within 48 hours, they forfeit their right to be deemed a winner and an alternate winner will be selected randomly from among all remaining eligible entries from the applicable Entry Pool, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Administrator will select up to three (3) alternate winners for each Prize. If, after the initial winner and the three (3) alternates, the Administrator is still unable to verify a potential winner for that applicable Prize, that Prize will not be awarded for that Entry Pool. Prizes cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Winners must provide a physical address and are responsible for signing for the delivery upon arrival.

8. Participation Conditions/Release/Consent to use Likeness

By participating, each participant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including, but not limited to, negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, and acceptance or use or misuse of prize; (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of prize; and (d) allow Sponsor’s use for promotional purposes of his/her likeness, voice and/or address (city/state) without any additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made pandemic or epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prize described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties as set forth in paragraph 1 above are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited, to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the participation process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of phone calls; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.

11. Privacy Policies and Data Collections

Information provided by you for this Sweepstakes on the entry form is subject to Administrator’s Privacy Policy: brandmovers.com/terms-and-conditions; and Sponsor’s privacy policy: travelandleisureco.com/us/en/vacation-ownership-and-rental-privacy-notice as applicable. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor and/or Administrator has the right to contact the entrant by phone, direct message, or email accounts provided on the entry form to administer and fulfill this Sweepstakes and, if you opt-in, to provide you with marketing communications in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

12. Disputes/Governing Law

Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of Winner or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in Florida under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Florida state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Florida law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of Florida. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.

13. Notice of Financial Incentive for California Residents

The prize(s) offered under this Sweepstakes may be considered a “financial incentive” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”). Generally, Sponsor does not assign monetary or other value to personal information. However, in the event Sponsor is required by law to assign such value in the context of this Game, Sponsor has valued the personal information collected and used as being equal to the value of the possible discount or financial incentive provided and the calculation of the value, in this case, is based upon a practical and good-faith effort involving the expenses associated with offering the incentives. The personal information categories collected may include identifiers such as your name, email address, zip code, mobile number and age range. By registering for and participating in this Game, you are opting in to receiving the financial incentive. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may opt in by following the entry or participation instructions provided. You may opt out of the Sweepstakes at any time by cancelling your participation in the Sweepstakes or submitting a request to TandLsweepstakes@brandmovers.com.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, administered or endorsed by any professional sports teams, organizations, events or venue listed in the Prize descriptions.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made pandemic or epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prize described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties as set forth in paragraph 1 above are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited, to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the participation process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of phone calls; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.

12. Disputes/Governing Law

Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of Winner or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in Florida under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Florida state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Florida law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of Florida. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.

The prize(s) offered under this Sweepstakes may be considered a “financial incentive” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”). Generally, Sponsor does not assign monetary or other value to personal information. However, in the event Sponsor is required by law to assign such value in the context of this Game, Sponsor has valued the personal information collected and used as being equal to the value of the possible discount or financial incentive provided and the calculation of the value, in this case, is based upon a practical and good-faith effort involving the expenses associated with offering the incentives. The personal information categories collected may include identifiers such as your name, email address, zip code, mobile number and age range. By registering for and participating in this Game, you are opting in to receiving the financial incentive. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may opt in by following the entry or participation instructions provided.
