Eligibility Requirements:
You and your spouse, if married or partner if cohabitating, must attend a 90-minute Sports Illustrated Resorts Club timeshare sales presentation.
All offers are based on financial eligibility and all customers being booked into Sports Illustrated Resorts events must be pre-approved for credit offers with Sports Illustrated Resorts Club. Should the status of your pre-qualification change, we will notify you of our intent to cancel the reservation.
Other internal eligibility standards maintained by Sports Illustrated Resorts Club may affect your eligibility for marketing offers and we may cancel your reservation for any reason at our sole discretion.
Should your reservation be cancelled for reasons not caused by an adverse action on your part, you will be entitled to a refund of all funds paid for the getaway. Sports Illustrated Resorts is not responsible for costs associated with travel to an event (See Exclusions).
Employees of the entity providing the timeshare sales presentation ("Offering Developer") and its parent company, and their immediate family members are not eligible for this offer. Former employees who retain employee membership contracts are also ineligible to travel.
Customers are limited to no more than 1 event per 6-month period.
Age Restrictions and Number of Travelers:
This is an adult weekend, so please no guests under 21. Spouses and cohabitating partners must travel and tour together. Single customers may bring one guest 21 years of age or older. The purchaser must be 28 years of age or older and have a household income of $60,000 or greater to be qualified for this offer. Customers who are at least 60 years of age and fully retired do not have to meet an income requirement. Guests of the customer who are not their legal spouse or cohabiting partner are not required to attend the presentation.
The activities and incentives included in this offer are reserved for two adult guests only. We reserve the right to refuse service to any additional unannounced attendees. Should accommodation be arranged for additional guests, this must be precleared with the event coordinator, and all charges associated with the additional attendees will be at the reserving customer's expense.
Exclusions:
Transportation not specifically advertised, airfare, parking fees, resort security deposit, upgrades, meals not specifically advertised, and incidentals such as phone calls and gratuities are not included. Reservations are subject to availability. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-transferable.
Event Changes:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the main event or Travel + Leisure Marquee package may be canceled or change capacity. We will promptly update you if this occurs. Cancellation of any feature(s) does not entitle the purchaser to an extension of the standard refund policy. We reserve the right to substitute lodging or features with replacements of equal or greater value and may cancel a reservation at any time with reasonable notice. Reservations cancelled by Sports Illustrated Resorts are entitled to a full refund.
Tour Expectations:
Your tour will be conducted in English. By accepting this offer you acknowledge that you or your spouse or partner must speak, read, and write in English. A valid government issued photo ID (i.e. driver's license) and a major credit card must be presented upon check-in for your timeshare sales presentation. A debit card is not considered a major credit card. Guests who are showing signs of intoxication may not attend the presentation.
Penalties:
You will be charged the full retail value of this package, minus the initial funds paid for the package, unless prohibited by law, if one of the following conditions are met after accepting this offer, resulting in disqualification from the tour:
- Failure to appear on the check-in date for your event without prior notification of your inability to attend.
- Failure to attend your assigned tour time.
- Showing up to tour without your spouse or cohabitating partner (or other deeded owners if applicable). Note: Owners who are legally separated, but not divorced, are considered married for the purpose of tour eligibility.
- Not presenting a government issued photo ID and major credit card that is not a debit card at check-in after confirming you possess these items.
- Your tour will be conducted in English. By accepting this offer you acknowledged that you or your spouse or partner must speak, read, and write in English.
- Acting in a violent, harassing, or belligerent manner, or displaying signs of intoxication, resulting in disqualification from the tour or removal from the tour group.
Late check-ins and partial stays will not incur this penalty if you attend the presentation. No refunds for early checkouts or partial stays.
American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Requests:
Resort and hotel accommodations reserved for the purpose of Travel + Leisure Marquee events are standard units. Should you have any questions regarding ADA accommodations, including but not limited to tickets and transportation, please contact us at the number listed below. Accessibility requests are subject to the availability and accessibility of event venues, transportation, and resort accommodations. If a request was submitted at time of purchase, we will be in contact with the status of your request within the refund period. Should your request exceed the standard refund period to verify, an extension to the refund period will be provided. In the event of a reschedule, we will work to find you a suitable replacement event that meets your accessibility needs and will provide reasonable extensions to your package expiration should the need arise. In the event we are unable to provide suitable accommodation, a full refund will be provided. We recommend not finalizing travel plans until the requested accommodation is confirmed. For the purposes of attending the sales presentation, Sports Illustrated Resorts Club provides appropriate auxiliary aids or services for individuals with hearing, speech, or vision impairments. Requests should be made at time of booking your Travel + Leisure Marquee Package.
Rescheduling:
You can reschedule without charge if you notify us at least 15 days before your arrival date. You are allowed to reschedule one (1) time. Travel must be booked and completed within one (1) year from purchase.
A reschedule coordinator will contact you to assist with booking new dates. Funds paid for the package will be held as a credit toward your next event. If you reschedule, payment may be required for any balance of funds due.
Cancellations: If you decide to cancel, you must notify the Offering Developer of your intent to cancel within Seven (7) days after purchase to receive a full refund. Please note that packages purchased 30 days or less from the date of travel are considered final sales and are not entitled to refunds or reschedules. Your state may provide you with additional rights and exceptions (see State and Legal Disclosures).

Late Notifications:
Packages purchased 31 days or more from the check-in date:
No changes are allowed 14 days or less before arrival, and will result in forfeiture of funds, except for packages within an active refund period. We must receive notification of cancellation no later than the 15th day prior to check-in. Changes within 7 days before check-in will incur an additional $100 penalty. Forfeited packages are not eligible for reschedule.
Packages purchased 30 days or less from the check-in date:
No changes are allowed after purchase and will result in forfeiture of funds, except for packages with a state-mandated exception (See State and Legal disclosures). Changes within 7 days before check-in will incur an additional $100 penalty. Packages purchased 30 days or less from travel are not eligible for reschedule.
State and Legal Disclosures:
